Damaged Items

A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.
Please note: Minor damage to packaging (e.g., dented box) with an undamaged product inside does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@relivix.com with clear photos of the damage.
If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost.
We do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for products damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
