Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times reflect the carrier’s transit time once your package leaves our facility. Delivery speed depends largely on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
🇺🇸 USA: 7–11 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–11 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 5–7 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6–11 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 6–10 business days
🌍 Worldwide: 7-13 business days
Note: Peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected customs inspections may cause additional delays that are outside of our control.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please email us at support@relivix.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update your details, but changes are not guaranteed after 24 hours.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work hard to ship your orders quickly, delivery times can sometimes be affected by factors outside our control—such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, RELIVIX is no longer in control of the package’s journey.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@relivix.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

In certain cases, if the courier confirms the loss, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Important: Lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but we will work closely with you to resolve any shipping issues.
